FIG Environmental conducts assessments and inspections for Asbestos Containing Materials (ACM) in strict compliance with all local and state regulations. FIG Environmental can perform a comprehensive survey of a property prior to activities including but not limited to building renovation or demolition.  These surveys are accomplished by a licensed inspector collecting samples of suspect asbestos materials and submitting for identification via laboratory analysis. FIG Environmental will prepare detailed technical reports tailored to the client’s specific requirements upon receipt of the analytical results and data collected from field surveys. These reports may also include Abatement Work Plans and technical specifications if requested. 

FIG Environmental conducts thorough Lead-Based Paint (LBP) identification and risk assessment evaluations depending on the need. These evaluations are needed when a building is undergoing renovation and/or demolition or when lead exposure may pose a risk to worker or occupant safety, particularly in residential and commercial settings. Additionally, FIG Environmental can perform a risk assessments in cases where children exhibit elevated blood lead levels (EBL) due to exposures to lead-painted surfaces or lead dust. FIG Environmental detects Lead-Based Paint on painted building components using state-of-the-art and industry standard XRF spectrum analyzers.
